We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders that are $150 and over.* Please allow up to two business days for order processing. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday from Toronto.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, orders will be processed once a week and parcels will be brought to the post office on either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. We advise that you place your order by Monday night to avoid waiting a full week until the next processing cycle.

Pole Werk strives to ensure that your order arrives within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot be held liable for delayed or lost shipments. Customers whose parcels are returned to Pole Werk due to incomplete or erroneous shipping information are required to remit an additional $30 to have the order reshipped to the correct address. Should the customer opt to return the order instead of paying for the charge, Pole Werk will apply a $15 return shipping fee against the refund.
